Section 95.3
Disposition versions
95.3. No regulation may be adopted by the board of directors under section 87, 88, 89, 90 or 91, paragraph d of section 93 or subparagraph j, o or p of the first paragraph of section 94 unless the secretary of the order has sent a draft of it to every member of the order at least 30 days before its adoption by the board of directors.
